Nana Aba Anamoah Condemns Insensitive Comments on Javits Frimpong’s Death

Accra:Ghanaian media personality Nana Aba Anamoah has spoken out against individuals making insensitive comments regarding the death of 15-year-old Javits Frimpong, urging the public to extend compassion to his grieving family.

According to Ghana Web, Nana Aba expressed her disappointment during an appearance on Starr FM on November 2, 2026, where she addressed the issue of people using the tragic event to make hurtful remarks and criticize the family's decisions. She emphasized the importance of remaining silent when one has nothing constructive to add to sensitive discussions, rather than using someone's misfortune as an opportunity for mockery or judgment.

Nana Aba described the behavior of those who find joy in others' suffering as troubling and criticized individuals who celebrate another's grief, highlighting that it reflects poorly on their own character. She expressed her personal sorrow over Javits' death, noting the profound pain of losing a child, especially one so young.

Furthermore, she questioned the criticism directed at Javits' family for having him in the United States, stating that it is not for others to decide how families should use their resources or make decisions about their children’s futures.
