Accra:Ketu South Mr. William Nyatepe Dzatabu has officially filed his nomination to run for the position of Deputy Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ketu South Constituency.
According to Ghana News Agency, Dzatabu, accompanied by supporters, expressed his eagerness to serve the party and enhance its communication efforts. He cited his extensive experience in various communication roles within the party as preparation for this position. Currently, he serves as the Aflao Wego Zonal Communications Officer and has been a Branch Communications Officer for three terms.
He is an active participant in the Ketu South Constituency Research and Communications Team and contributed to the party's 2024 campaign through research and communication activities. Dzatabu believes his experience at multiple levels has equipped him to understand the party's communication needs effectively.
Expressing gratitude for the support he has received, Dzatabu is confident in successfully passing the vetting process and securing the mandate to serve. He plans to enhance communication in the constituency by promoting collaboration, capacity building, and grassroots engagement.
His plans include regular training for communicators, strengthening rural communication channels, and ensuring effective dissemination of party information. Emphasizing inclusivity, he aims to encourage the involvement of women and young communicators while ensuring fair representation across all five zones in the constituency. Dzatabu reiterated the importance of effective communication for party organization and pledged to work with party executives to strengthen communication structures.
