According to Ghana Web, a video shared on Facebook on August 14, 2026, captured the poignant moment when the three men embraced during the meeting. The pastor, dressed in brown and seated centrally, first hugged the Muslim man who had allegedly slapped him at the police headquarters. This incident reportedly occurred after the pastor was accused of making derogatory comments about Prophet Mohammed, leading to his arrest for hate speech.
In the video, the pastor was then seen embracing the imam, whose earlier remarks had sparked widespread controversy over allegedly inciting violence against individuals who speak ill of the Prophet Mohammed. The imam joined the pastor and the Muslim man in a shared embrace, symbolizing reconciliation and peace among the three men.
