Accra: After a tearful revelation on live television regarding the collapse of her second marriage, a past interview of media personality Cynthia Tima Yeboah, known as Tima Kumkum, has resurfaced, shedding light on the reasons behind her first marriage.
According to Ghana Web, Tima Kumkum's emotional disclosure comes after she announced the separation from her second husband, revealing that they have been living apart since April 2025. The divorce case is currently in court, as she shared during an interview on Joy Prime aired on August 12, 2026.
In a resurfaced 2021 interview on The Delay Show with Deloris Frimpong Manso, Tima Kumkum candidly admitted that her first marriage was a strategic move to incite jealousy in her former boyfriend. She confessed that she was not genuinely in love with her first husband but entered the marriage to provoke her ex-boyfriend. Despite her initial intentions, she now regrets the divorce and wishes she had not ended the relationship.
