Kumasi: St John's Hospital and Fertility Centre, based in Accra, Tantra Hill, has donated GHS55,800.00 to aid the tiling of a dining hall at the Regional Police Training School (RPTS) in Kumasi as part of its corporate social responsibility efforts.
According to Ghana Web, this generous contribution was made in response to a formal request from Chief Superintendent Adu A Agyemang, the Officer Commanding of the RPTS in Kumasi. He had sought assistance to enhance the welfare and living conditions of the personnel undergoing training at the facility.
The management of St John's Hospital and Fertility Centre readily responded to the request, underscoring their ongoing commitment to community development and support for institutions within the Ashanti Region.
Upon receipt of the cheque, Chief Superintendent Adu A Agyemang expressed his gratitude on behalf of the command and the trainees. He praised the management for their timely support, noting that the donation will greatly improve the dining environment for both officers and trainees.
He also highlighted the importance of partnerships between private healthcare institutions and security agencies in national development, stating that such collaborations contribute to improved morale and operational efficiency.
