The lawmaker, in a post shared on his X page on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, posted a heartfelt birthday message to Ebi Bright, describing her as a brilliant woman, a supportive wife, and a caring mother. The post was accompanied by beautiful photos of the Tema Mayor.
According to Ghana Web, his post quickly drew attention online, with many social media users including some notable personalities expressing surprise that the Tema Mayor and the South Dayi MP are a couple. In the message, Dafeamekpor praised Ebi Bright for her work as Mayor of Tema and wished her well.
