Regina Daniels Breaks Down Emotionally Over Her Children, Opens Up About Wanting a Girl

Lagos: Nollywood star Regina Daniels has opened up about her children with her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, revealing the last time she saw them and her strong wish to have a daughter. The actress spoke during a chat with TikTok content creator Jarvis inside a car shortly after her Children's Day carnival on May 27.

According to Ghana Web, Daniels expressed her deep longing for her children and a strong desire to have a daughter. She mentioned that she last saw her children last year and shared details about her sons' ages and milestones. Her first child is turning six this year, while her second will be four. She also noted a recent event with her son, whose teeth fell out.

Daniels further shared her thoughts on motherhood, revealing a significant shift in her perspective. While she once dismissed the idea of having a girl, she now feels a strong urge to experience raising a daughter. Despite stepping away from the idea of marriage, her desire for a daughter remains unchanged. She believes that having a daughter provides a deeper understanding of motherhood.

The actress elaborated on the differences she perceives in raising boys and girls, emphasizing the role of parental figures. Boys, she noted, often look up to their fathers, whereas girls typically look to their mothers as role models. Daniels highlighted the importance of being a role model for a girl child.

Additionally, Daniels remarked on the contrasting paths men and women often take as they grow older. She pointed out that while men focus on building their own families, women tend to maintain a strong connection to their roots and remember their homes.
