Accra: The Ghana Police Service has assured applicants in its 2025/2026 recruitment exercise that the process will continue in batches until 2028, urging those yet to be invited for validation to remain patient.
According to Ghana Web, the Police Service released a statement on August 1, confirming that the recruitment process is ongoing and successful applicants are being invited in batches to various centres for document validation. The validation exercise aims to verify applicants' academic certificates, examination results, and other documents submitted during the initial stage of the recruitment process.
The Police Service stated that the first batch of successful applicants had already been invited and were undergoing the validation process. It added that applicants who have completed the medical examination and been declared medically fit but have not yet been invited for validation remain in the recruitment pool for consideration in subsequent batches.
Furthermore, the Police Service urged applicants to disregard misinformation about the recruitment exercise and cautioned them against paying money to anyone under the guise of facilitating their recruitment.
