Accra: Nigerian preacher Pastor Femi Lazarus has issued a stern warning and offered advice to men who are yet to tie the knot. In a video circulating on X and noted by GhanaWeb on September 11, 2026, Pastor Lazarus emphasized that men should not marry women who are unwilling to submit to them.
According to Ghana Web, Pastor Lazarus stated that any man who chooses to marry a woman who refuses to submit is a weakling and "has no balls." He explained that a man allowing himself to be controlled by a woman is indicative of not being taught how to be a man. He added that any household where the wife controls the husband is cursed.
Pastor Lazarus elaborated that the scriptural directive for women to submit to their husbands should remain unchanged despite modern influences. He warned that altering this principle would bring a curse upon the home, leading to what he described as "dysfunctional" children.
