Westborough: The New Patriotic Party United States branch (NPP-USA) is poised to hold its 2026 Branch Delegates Conference from Friday, July 24 to Sunday, July 26, in Westborough, Massachusetts. During this event, delegates from various chapters across the United States will elect a new national executive team to lead the branch for the upcoming term.
According to Ghana Web, the three-day conference will gather party executives, delegates, and members from different states, marking it as one of the most significant events on the NPP-USA calendar. The conference will act as a platform for leadership renewal, policy discussions, and strategic planning in anticipation of Ghana's 2028 general elections.
The theme for this year's conference, "Rooted in the Values of Our Founders, Rising to Secure Ghana's Future," underscores the branch's commitment to maintaining the ideological foundations of the New Patriotic Party while preparing to contribute to the party's future electoral success. This was revealed in a press statement by the Communication and Media Relations Committee of the NPP Massachusetts Chapter, which confirmed the branch's readiness to host the delegates and conduct a successful conference advancing the party's collective vision for the upcoming elections.
The conference will not only focus on leadership elections but also on strategies aimed at enhancing NPP-USA's organizational capacity, improving grassroots mobilization, and increasing the branch's involvement in the party's political activities in Ghana. NPP-USA Branch Chairperson Obaa Yaa Amponsah Frimpong will lead the event, with the Massachusetts Chapter, under Chairperson Louis Amoako Mensah, serving as the host.
