Kumasi: Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah, the Member of Parliament for Manhyia South, has launched the inaugural 'Soloku' festival, a cultural initiative aimed at enhancing social cohesion, celebrating cultural heritage, and driving local economic growth within the constituency.
According to Ghana News Agency, the launch event drew a diverse crowd, including residents, community leaders, youth groups, and stakeholders from across Manhyia South. During the launch at Krofrom, Mr. Awuah emphasized the importance of unity in sustainable development, explaining that the festival serves as a platform to unite residents beyond social, ethnic, and political differences.
