Accra: Mr. Nelson Kofi Djabab, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Krachi East Constituency, is set to distribute 1,900 mathematical sets, toiletries, and sachets of water to students preparing for the 2026 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) in the Krachi East Municipality.
According to Ghana News Agency, this initiative is part of Mr. Djabab's ongoing commitment to support education and enhance examination preparedness among final-year Junior High School students within the constituency. The MP emphasized that the distribution will cover registered BECE candidates in both public and private schools, ensuring that all students have access to essential materials needed for their examinations.
The provision of mathematical sets is aimed at assisting candidates with the Mathematics and technical drawing components of the examination. Additionally, the toiletries and sachets of water are intended to ensure personal hygiene and comfort for the students during the examination period. Mr. Djabab reiterated his commitment to investing in education as a vital aspect of development in the constituency. He highlighted the importance of providing examination materials to ease the burden on parents and guardians, while also encouraging students to strive for academic excellence.
In his message to the candidates, the MP urged them to maintain focus, discipline, and dedication in their studies as they prepare for the exams.
