I will support traders to thrive Ghana’s economy – Kofi Akpaloo

A major factor hindering small-scale traders from thriving is the lack of access to financial support, the founder and the leader of the Liberal Party of Ghana LPG, Percival Kofi Akpaloo, has said.

According to him, when he becomes the President he will invest and support Ghanaian businesses to boost the economy.

“Once I become President I will support small scale traders with huge sums of money to expand their business to boost the Ghanaian economy,”Percival Kofi Akpaloo told Neat FM.

He emphasized the need for Ghanaian entrepreneurs to be financially supported to run their operations.

Kofi Akpaloo posited that financial support is central to improving human resources and saving entrepreneurs from paying high-interest rates for loans.

“They need financial support. Interest rates are high, so you go for loans, and it makes you uncompetitive because it adds on to your cost, and it is not everything you can transfer to the consumer.”
