Asante Kotoko coach, Seydou Zerbo has said he was impressed with the performance of his side in their stalemate against Hearts of Oak.
In the matchday 3 games, the Porcupine Warriors hosted their rivals at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday and were hoping to secure their first win of the season.
In the 57th minute, Yussif Mubarik reacted quickly in the box to scramble home to give Kotoko the lead.
However, Caleb Amankwah scored late to give Hearts of Oak a point in the first Super Clash of the season.
At the post-match conference, the Burkinabe trainer expressed delight about the performance of the team despite failing to win.
“I saw a very good match and the rhythm of the game was very active, in fact, I am very impressed about today’s game,” he said.
