GhanaWeb Partners with Boris Kodjoe’s Full Circle Streamline Travel for Exclusive Travel Platform

Accra: GhanaWeb's parent company, Superweb Technologies Limited, has entered into an exclusive travel partnership with Full Circle Streamline Travel (FCST), a venture led by internationally recognized actor and entrepreneur Boris Kodjoe. This new collaboration aims to develop and promote travel-related content and services within Ghana.

According to Ghana Web, the partnership, which is set to run from December 18, 2025, to December 31, 2027, marks a significant step in leveraging the expertise of both entities. Kodjoe's involvement underscores a direct and engaged approach to the initiative, having already met with the GhanaWeb team to initiate the collaborative efforts.

The agreement ensures that both parties will work exclusively with each other in Ghana for the services covered by the partnership. The focus will be on creating and promoting a dedicated travel platform. FCST will be responsible for delivering travel content, packages, and destination services, while GhanaWeb will provide the necessary digital platform, visibility, and media reach.

Marketing and promotional expenses will be managed independently by each party. GhanaWeb will design and manage a Travel and Explore microsite, promoting it across its channels. FCST, on the other hand, will curate travel experiences and manage related content in collaboration with GhanaWeb's teams. Both organizations are also committed to jointly promoting the platform and supporting co-branded campaigns and initiatives.

The agreement includes a shared revenue structure, with both parties entitled to equal portions of income generated from travel packages, sponsorships, and related activities. This partnership is geared towards expanding travel and tourism offerings, starting in Ghana, with potential plans to extend into other African markets.
