According to Ghana Web, President Mahama shared that during international gatherings such as the spring meetings of the World Bank and the IMF, other nations are encouraged to look towards Ghana for lessons in economic recovery. He emphasized that the macroeconomic environment in Ghana is stable, with key indicators showing positive trends.
President Mahama remarked on the surprise expressed by many regarding Ghana's achievements, noting that the country is now frequently cited as a model for economic recovery worldwide. He urged Ghanaians to take pride in their nation's progress, not only due to economic success but also because of the steady advancement towards the vision set by previous generations.
