Cape town: Ghanaian-owned curation company Excellent Curator has officially launched the inaugural South African edition of its flagship event, 'Her Portion is Honour,' in Cape Town, affectionately known as the Mother City. The Mother's Day celebration, held on May 10, 2026, served as a powerful reminder for children and families to value, cherish, and celebrate the mothers and maternal figures in their lives.
According to Ghana News Agency, a statement issued by Ms. Princess Arita Anim, the Founder of Excellent Curator, highlighted the event's global reach, bringing together women from around the world. As part of the celebration, the organisation distributed specially curated cards featuring heartfelt messages alongside thoughtful gifts.
The statement quoted Ms. Anim expressing her gratitude for the opportunity to honour women in a meaningful way. Excellent Curator specialises in travel, lifestyle, and events, designing bespoke itineraries and planning impactful event concepts. The event was described as a divine assignment, aiming to celebrate women and mothers as inspired by Proverbs 31:31.
