Accra:Popular Kumawood actor Don Little shared a bizarre story from his childhood, claiming that he was allegedly taken by dwarves during a visit to his father's hometown.
According to Ghana Web, the actor recounted in an interview on the Atuu Show how his parents were advised to bring him to his father's hometown for traditional family events. During their stay, his mother once returned to find him missing. After panicking and asking around, she was informed that dwarves had taken him and would eventually bring him back, which they did.
Don Little explained that this strange occurrence became a regular event, with the dwarves routinely taking him to their realm, playing with him, feeding him, and returning him. This continued until the family completed their traditional obligations, and his mother moved him away from the town.
Reflecting on these experiences, Don Little mentioned that he was too young to understand at the time, but believes that his development and physical growth were affected by his time with the dwarves. He also experienced sleepwalking-like episodes as a child, where he would find himself unconsciously heading toward the local forests.
Despite these unusual childhood experiences, Don Little has risen to become a well-known figure in Ghanaian cinema.
