According to Ghana Web, and sighted by GhanaWeb on July 28, 2026, his funeral activities will begin with a burial service on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at Gomoa Mpota near Winneba in the Central Region. The final funeral rites will follow on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Independence Square in Accra, while a thanksgiving service is scheduled for Saturday, August 8, 2026, in Kumasi, Ashanti Region.
