Accra: The North Tema Cooperative Credit Union Limited (NTCCU) has unveiled a USSD code, a mobile application, and a redesigned website to enhance digital banking services for its members. The launch took place during the union's 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held under the theme "Growing Together Through Innovation and Technology."
According to Ghana News Agency, the NTCCU Mobile App is now available on the Google Play Store, allowing members to monitor investments, apply for loans, pay utility bills, and access other financial services remotely. Management has announced plans to release an iOS version of the app on the Apple App Store by the end of July.
The union also introduced a redesigned website, www.ntccu.com, to provide information on its products and services and facilitate online membership registration. The Board stated that these digital platforms are part of the union's strategy to improve service delivery, promote financial inclusion, and enhance operational efficiency through technology.
The Board expressed confidence that these digital initiatives would provide members with faster, more convenient, and secure access to the cooperative's services, while supporting the union's long-term growth objectives.
