Accra: General Manager of Skysat Technologies Ghana Limited, Vibin Lesly, has announced special promotions and after-sales support packages for customers following the launch of the company's Konica Minolta VIP Printing Experience Centre. Speaking at the launch event, he affirmed that the initiative is aimed at giving customers access to quality printing solutions at affordable rates while also providing reliable maintenance support.
According to Ghana Web, customers who book a Konica Minolta machine during the promotional period will enjoy a 10 percent discount together with what he described as an aggressive service contract package. Lesly explained that the company's maintenance package goes beyond the traditional servicing arrangements offered by other providers.
He added that customers who purchase machines from the company will receive one year of free servicing and fixed consumable prices throughout the contract period, regardless of market fluctuations. Lesly further disclosed that the company has introduced a Daily Graphic promotion which also covers existing Konica Minolta machine users across the country.
He encouraged customers with older Konica Minolta machines to take advantage of the company's free inspection and servicing opportunities.
