Stuttgart: Union Berlin defender, Derrick Arthur K¶hn has been widely praised on social media for his explosive performance in the Black Stars' 2-1 defeat to Germany in the international friendly game.
According to Ghana Web, two goals from Kai Havertz and Deniz Undav sealed a slim 2-1 victory for Germany, handing the Black Stars two successive defeats in the March international window. The 27-year-old, who started and lasted the entire duration of the game at the MHP Arena in Stuttgart, was effective both defensively and offensively. K¶hn also assisted Abdul Fatawu Issahaku's equalizer in the 70th minute.
His performance in his third appearance for the Black Stars drew widespread attention from Ghanaians, who flocked to social media to single him out for praise despite the team's defeat. Derrick Arthur K¶hn was rated 7.1 for his performance against the four-time World Champions, the second highest rated Ghanaian player in the game after goalkeeper Benjamin Asare.
