Lebanese Army Reports Five Soldiers Wounded in Israeli Strike

Nabatieh: Five Lebanese soldiers were wounded in an Israeli strike in southern Lebanon, the Lebanese army stated, noting that two of them sustained serious injuries. The incident occurred as the soldiers were traveling in a car and on a motorcycle near the city of Nabatieh.

According to Ghana News Agency, Israel's military is currently investigating the incident. The Lebanese army, which has largely maintained a neutral stance, is not an active party in the ongoing conflict between the Iranian-backed Hezbollah militia and Israel.

Local media sources reported that the soldiers were in a civilian vehicle, with one soldier on a motorcycle, and were wearing military uniforms when the strike happened.
