Sunyani: Fire gutted a shoe shop at the Sunyani Zongo enclave in the early hours of Monday, causing extensive damages to properties and personal belongings running into thousands of Ghana cedis.
According to Ghana News Agency, the inferno, which eyewitnesses said occurred around 1200 hours, was suspected to have started from a wooden store behind the shop and extended to burn the entire establishment situated along the Zongo one-way.
