Manso adubia: Mr Yaw Frimpong Addo, Member of Parliament for Manso Adubia, has demonstrated his continued commitment to education by supporting over 400 form one students within the constituency with essential school items and financial assistance to support their education.
According to Ghana News Agency, the support included school bags, tins of Milo, chocolate drinks, and a cash amount of GHS200.00 each for the newly admitted SHS students from various communities across the constituency. This initiative is part of Mr. Addo's annual educational support program aimed at motivating students and easing the financial burden on parents as the academic year begins.
Mr Kofi Acheampong, Manso Adubia chairman of the NPP, presented the items on behalf of the MP and expressed gratitude for Mr. Addo's consistent dedication to student welfare. He noted that the intervention would encourage the beneficiaries to focus on their studies.
Mr Acheampong also urged the students to take their education seriously, encouraging them to study hard and prepare to become future leaders who will contribute to the development of Manso Adubia and the country.
Parents and students who benefited from the initiative expressed their appreciation for the MP's support. They described the assistance as a significant relief, particularly for parents facing challenges in preparing their children for senior high school, and they offered prayers for blessings upon Mr. Addo.
