Jose Mourinho labelled ‘lucky’ after reaching Europa League final as Antonio Cassano reignites famous feud

Antonio Cassano continued his feud with Jose Mourinho as he claimed that the Portuguese manager was lucky to reach the Europa League final with Roma.

Roma beat Bayer Leverkusen 1-0 on aggregate to progress to the final of the Europa League, where they will now face Sevilla. This is Mourinho and Roma’s second consecutive European final appearance after they won the inaugural Europa Conference League last season.

Despite his achievements with Roma, former Italy international Antonio Cassano has labelled Mourinho and the club as just ‘lucky’ to reach the Europa final this year.

Speaking to talkSport, Cassano said, “The coach will say that everything is special, but in life, as Napoleon said, it’s better to be a lucky commander than a strong one. And he is very lucky, he is impressive. He sucked, but it will be said that last year he won the Conference and now he has reached the final.

“We will continue for results. I have to talk about football and analyse the game. A rather embarrassing thing. Something you can’t understand at all. But what will he say? I made it to the final, I won, I don’t give a s***. Well done Rome, but they did s***.”

This is not the first time that the Italian attacked the veteran manager. Last month he had advised his former club Real Madrid to not consider appointing Mourinho as their next manager in case Carlo Ancelotti leaves the job. He even went on to the extent of saying that Mourinho knows nothing about the game.

I’m obsessed with big butt women; I don’t care if they’re headless or even have mouth odour – Ypee

Ghanaian rapper, YPee has declared his obsession with heavily endowed women.

He has established that the only thing he looks out for in a woman is how enormous her butt is.

In an interview with Delay, the Kumerican rapper said whenever he meets a lady he likes, he first considers the ass before any other thing.

This was after Delay questioned the identity of a lady he usually flaunts in his TikTok videos.

Expressing the extent to which he is crazy about huge butts, YPee said he could even date a heavily endowed woman who has no head.

“I am a sucker for women with huge butts. I am so obsessed with huge butts to the extent I can manage a big-butt woman who has no head.”

Asked if a heavily endowed woman with a mouth odour is an ‘exception to the rule’, YPee answered,

“I mentioned that I don’t mind being with a headless woman who has big a butt, so as for mouth odour, it’s not a big deal. When I meet a lady, the first thing I look out for is her butt. I vet her butt before I vet her character.”

Inappropriate Content: I have no right to shut down any TV or radio station – Information Minister

Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, has charged the National Media Commission to crack the whip on media stations that contravene media laws and ethics.

The Minister, in an interview with host Kwami Sefa Kayi on Peace FM’s morning show “Kokrokoo”, was asked why his Ministry has allowed some TV stations to show contents like money doubling, ritual money and X-rated programmes among others.

“I, as Minister, what I can do is to make noise about it and raise awareness. But I, as Minister, cannot go and shut down a TV or radio station that their content is bad,” he responded.

He explained that it is not his duty to monitor the stations but rather the responsibility of the National Media Commission (NMC), the constitutionally mandated body.

He stressed; “I don’t have oversight responsibility over National Media Commission. I don’t! It’s an independent constitutional body. I have no oversight over it; I can’t tell them what they should do. That’s what people don’t understand, because the moment I do that it means a Minister can dictate to them to shut down a certain station…I very much uphold the freedoms in this industry.”

He, however, revealed that he together with the Communications Minister, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful have had meetings with the National Communications Authority (NCA), NMC, National Security, Bank of Ghana and other stakeholders to clamp down on such offenders.

He noted that in order to sanitize the stations, a Media Monitoring Center has been established at NCA but what is left is for the National Media Commission and the NCA to collaborate to utilize the facility.

“We have created the infrastructure. Let’s press on them to put it into use,” he urged the two regulatory bodies to commence the process of monitoring and evaluating media contents and take punitive action against those whose contents violate the laws and ethics.

How Ken Agyapong’s GH¢200m loan helped us build first two schools in Suame – Kyei-Mensah- Bonsu

Majority Leader and Member of Parliament for Suame has lauded the generous spirit of fellow lawmaker Kennedy Ohene Agyapong citing his assistance to the Suame Constituency when they were in dire straits.

The Majority Leader narrated how two first schools built in the Suame area came to fruition because of Ken’s support by way of an interest-free loan that he advanced to the constituency.

Speaking at a flagbearership campaign stop of Ken at Suame over the weekend, Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu said: “Many testify to the goodness that Ken Agyapong has done and continues to do. We the people of Suame have been a beneficiary of Agyapong’s generosity.”

He narrated how Suame had been given school projects from the central government but monies had yet to be disbursed at a time times were hard financially. The two schools were Nuru Islamic Basic School and a six-classroom Suame Methodist block.

Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu recalled selling his car to raise some money for the first project when funds dried up, he discussed the challenge with Ken, he told the gathering.

“He asked how much money was needed and I said two hundred million at the time but about 20,000 cedis today, the following morning Ken called me and advanced us the 200 million to put into the project.

“I gave 100 million to my chairman to start work, we were lucky to receive the funds for Nuru Islamic project so I asked my chairman to use that to continue the Methodist school project.

“I returned the first 100 million to Ken and later when other payments came in, I reimbursed him the other part. Without his intervention, we would have failed to complete the 6-classroom block,” he stressed.

Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu is currently outgoing MP for Suame, being the longest serving lawmaker in the House, he is, however, supporting the presidential bid of Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia in the New Patriotic Party race.
