Delighted Grace Asantewaa pledges to work hard to help new club Real Betis Féminas

Black Queens midfielder, Grace Asantewaa has pledged to do all she can to help new club Real Betis Féminas to achieve their ambition for the 2021/2022 football season.

The former Ampem Darkoa Ladies player on Thursday sealed her move to the Spanish club as she inked a two-year contract.

“Real Betis Féminas and the player Grace Asantewaa have reached an agreement for the incorporation of the midfielder, who thus becomes the first signing of the Verdiblanco team for the 2021/22 financial year.

“The footballer born in Ghana (12/05/2000) arrives from EDF Logroño and signs for two seasons,” the Spanish club announced earlier today.

Speaking in her first interview, Grace Asantewaa says she is excited and ready to give her all to the club.

“I had the opportunity to speak to the coach and I think the coach was very happy to have me here. Me too I am very happy to be in the Betis team and I will make sure I will do all that I can so far as I am here now to help the team move forward,” the midfielder who can also play in defense said.

She added, “I think this is a great opportunity for me to showcase my talent and I think me being here will help me a lot. Next season I am going to do my best to help the club.”
