Former Black Stars players Asamoah Gyan and Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu showcased their adeptness in the Italian language on live TV.

Both Gyan and Agyemang-Badu played for Udinese in Italy during their careers.

Asamoah Gyan spent five seasons at Udinese, playing for the club between 2003 and 2008 while Agyemang-Badu spent 10 years playing from 2010 to 2020.

The two exhibited their proficiency in the Italian language on Onua TV.

Asamoah Gyan was on set when a caller phoned into the show.

The unnamed caller had a refreshing conversation in Italian with the former Black Stars captain who had no clue about the person he was speaking to.

The former Sunderland striker realised it was Agyemang-Badu after the latter mentioned his hometown.

Asamoah Gyan and Agyemang-Badu share a friendly bond that has existed since their playing days with the Black Stars.

Gyan, who is Ghana’s all-time top scorer, played for Ghana from 2003 to 2019. He made 109 appearances and scored 51 goals.

Agyemang-Badu, on the other hand, won
the U-20 FIFA World Cup with the Black Satellites before transitioning to the senior national team in 2010. He made 78 appearances for Ghana before retiring in 2020.
