Accra:Tems is back in the spotlight, but this time it's not just her music doing the talking.
According to Ghana Web, the Nigerian singer appeared in a lighthearted seated interview titled "7 Questions to Get to Know Me," hosted by EE72 and shared on their Instagram page. The interview featured Tems answering a series of fun, personal questions in her signature calm, candid style.
She revealed that she begins most mornings with a silent prayer before getting out of bed, followed by a shower. When asked about her dream musical collaborator, she expressed her admiration for Sade, stating she is her ultimate dream partner. Tems also shared that Frank Ocean's "Nostalgia Ultra" is her all-time favorite album, and her three in-flight essentials include earphones, her iPad, and her journal.
The interview took a humorous turn when Tems recounted meeting former US President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama. Despite planning to remain composed, she found herself laughing uncontrollably at everything Obama said, an experience she described as unprecedented.
When asked about which country has the best food, Tems confidently named Nigeria, acknowledging that some might not be accustomed to it but insisted there's nothing like Nigerian cuisine. She also gave London an honorable mention, dismissing claims about the city's lack of good food as mere "propaganda."
