Techiman North Candidate Builds Police Post and Clinic to Bolster Community Services

TECHIMAN: In a move aimed at enhancing local infrastructure and services, Mr. Frank Asare, an independent candidate for the upcoming 2024 elections in Techiman North, has constructed a police post and a clinic in the Bono East Region's Offuman and Adutwie farming communities. According to Ghana News Agency, Mr. Asare, a legal practitioner, views these developments as part of a broader strategy to improve security and healthcare in the constituency. During a visit to the communities, he emphasized his commitment to advancing the socio-economic conditions of rural residents and solicited their support in the December 7 polls. Mr. Asare expressed his desire to bring further development to the constituency by securing a parliamentary seat, which he believes would allow him to contribute effectively to policy formulation. Mr. Asare highlighted the importance of security, quality healthcare, education, and peace in building a better society. He pledged to enhance educational facilities and is currently working on establishing Information Communication Technology centers and standard libraries in other communities within the constituency. He stressed that these projects would significantly improve the residents' quality of life, addressing the constituency's developmental delays. He also outlined plans to secure interest-free loans for women traders and to provide employable skills training for the unemployed youth, along with constructing sports facilities and youth training centers. As Techiman North is a key agricultural hub, Mr. Asare intends to support local farmers with financial incentives, farm inputs, agro-chemicals, and storage facilities to prevent post-harvest losses. Mr. Asare, who also holds qualifications as a Chartered Accountant, Public Administrator, and Chartered Tax Practitioner, believes these initiatives will foster growth and development across the constituency.
