Award-winning Ghanaian movie actress Yvonne Nelson has advised ladies to refrain from getting pregnant for men because they are in love with them.
According to her, a lady should rather have a child with a friend or someone she is not committed to or in a sexual relationship with because it prevents stress.
“I feel like, when you wanna have a kid, it should even be with somebody you are not in love with,” she stated in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM this morning.
She added that the process should be done through mutual respect, understanding, and the ability to handle responsibilities that come with childbirth.
The actress added that being in serious relationships can be stressful because one ends up being miserable when their partner cheats.
She said one may not hurt so much when they keep their relationship in a platonic manner.
The CEO of YN Productions revealed that she is ready to have more kids with whoever is ready to do so with her.
When asked what led to the eventual split between herself and her baby’s father, Jamie, the actress stated, “there was too much love.”
