Speaking during a TikTok Live session on May 7, 2026, Shatta Wale criticized George Britton for relocating to the UK to restart his life while advising him on career management.

According to Ghana Web, Shatta Wale questioned George Britton's motives, pointing out that if life in Ghana had been favorable, George would not have needed to move abroad and restart. Shatta Wale further criticized Britton for using a video promoting his music, asking fans to identify what was written on his shirt for a chance to win money, which Wale deemed an unnecessary move.
