Choirmaster Announces Cancer-Care Initiative in Memory of Late Wife

Accra: Choirmaster, the surviving husband of the late Ghanaian actress Beverly Afaglo, has taken to social media to recount moments he shared with his late wife. In a post shared on Instagram on September 10, 2026, the musician, whose real name is Eugene Baah and is a member of the Praye music group, said his life has come to a standstill since his wife's death.

According to Ghana Web, Choirmaster expressed how deeply he misses the voice and presence of his late wife, adding that he regrets taking them for granted while she was alive. He poignantly stated, 'It's been a month already since u left us, and somehow the world has continued moving even though mine feels like it stopped.'

Choirmaster further reflected on how the absence of his late wife has taught him that 'grief is love with nowhere to go.' He also expressed his gratitude to Beverly Afaglo, emphasizing that she will always be remembered and cherished in his heart. 'A month without you has taught me that grief is simply love with nowhere to go. I will carry that love with me for the rest of my life,' he shared.

In his heartfelt tribute, Choirmaster acknowledged the life they shared together and promised to honor her memory every day, concluding with the words, 'Thank you for the life we shared, the memories we made, and the love you gave me.
