Accra:Organisers of the Praise Achievement Awards have made an appeal to corporate bodies and brands for support ahead of the fifth edition of the gospel awards scheme. They emphasized that sponsorship is crucial for delivering an enhanced celebration of excellence.
According to Ghana Web, the organisers stated during the launch of the 2026 Praise Achievement Awards that the scheme has gained confidence within the gospel community but requires more financial support to reach its potential. They urged companies to sponsor the event to facilitate a seamless execution.
The awards aim to celebrate individuals making significant contributions to gospel music and ministry, presenting a platform of prestige. The fifth edition will honor gospel creatives who have demonstrated excellence through their work and ministry.
The organisers explained that nominees are selected through public submissions, recommendations, and research by the awards team. While individuals can file nominations for works released in 2025, the team also identifies noteworthy contributions that may not have been submitted.
They highlighted the growth of the awards over the years, learning from past experiences to improve the stakeholder experience. The organisers promised bigger rewards for winners this year, following the previous edition where the Blogger of the Year received an iPhone 15. They reiterated the call for brands to support the awards as it continues to expand.
