Armah-Kofi Buah announced the theme for the 2026 NkrumahFest, "A Journey to Nkroful," aimed at honoring Nkrumah's memory. He described the annual pilgrimage to Nkroful as a sacred duty for Ghanaians, underscoring it as a return to the birthplace of the nation's founder. Armah-Kofi Buah emphasized that Nkrumah's legacy should be seen as a mandate to be fulfilled rather than a monument to be admired.
