Those aspiring for Regional Treasurer and Communication Officer positions are required to pay GHS20,000 each, while candidates for Youth Organizer, Women's Organizer, and Zongo Caucus Coordinator positions will pay GHS15,000 each.

The filing fee for deputy positions, including Deputy Secretary, Deputy Organizer, Deputy Treasurer, Deputy Communication Officer, Deputy Youth Organizer, and Deputy Women's Organizer, is set at GHS10,000 each. Additionally, aspirants must pay GHS1,000 for nomination forms.

All payments are to be made online through the party's official nomination portal using Mobile Money, Visa, or Mastercard, as bank payments and bankers' drafts will not be accepted.

Both nomination and filing fees are non-refundable, with the regional executive elections being part of the NDC's 2026 internal reorganization. The regional polls are scheduled for November 14 and 15, 2026.
