Nathaniel Bassey Warns Married Men Against Pursuing Young Women

Lagos: Prominent Nigerian gospel musician and pastor, Nathaniel Bassey, has issued a strong warning to married men and women who engage in extramarital affairs. In a video gaining traction on social media, Bassey emphasized the severe consequences awaiting those who continue such behavior.

According to Ghana Web, the musician highlighted the deceptive practices of some married men who lure unsuspecting young women into sexual relationships. He cautioned that men involved in these activities would face dire consequences, including death, within the year 2026 if they persist in their ways.

Bassey stated, “You’re a married man, and you go about deceiving young girls, leading them on. Some even go as far as sleeping with them.” He further warned, “If you take a lady to a hotel, while you are married, you will not come out alive from that hotel. If you like, take what I’m saying jokingly. I place a demand on the grace of God upon my life. If you try this year, you will not survive. Your shame will not be forgotten. It will be on social media.”

He also addressed women who willingly engage in affairs with married men for material benefits. Bassey warned that they would not escape the repercussions of their actions, stating, “You too; you are a lady. If you know that the man is married, you know in your heart he’s married, but because of greed or because of attention. Because of Brazilian wigs and Brazilian hair, you want to carry Louis Vuitton bags. If you try it, you won’t survive it.”
