Narpayilli SHS Boosted with ICT Equipment Donation from Abuya Group

Narpayilli: The Chief Executive Officer of the Abuya Group of Companies, Alhaji Amin Iddrisu Abuya, has donated essential ICT and office equipment to the newly established Narpayilli Senior High School (SHS) in the Nanumba South District. The donation, which includes laptops, printers, office desks, a photocopier, a risograph machine, and stationery, aims to support the school's administrative and academic activities.

According to Ghana Web, the items were received by Suhununu, Assistant Director at the Nanumba South Ghana Education Office, on behalf of the education authorities. He expressed gratitude to Alhaji Abuya for the gesture, highlighting the importance of the equipment in the effective administration of the school. "The laptop, the printer, the photocopier, they are tools that every school needs, and I believe Abuya has done it at the right time," he stated.

Suhununu noted that this donation was not the first instance of Alhaji Abuya's support for the community, emphasizing the CEO's ongoing commitment to education and development in the area. He encouraged others to follow in Mr. Abuya's footsteps to foster the growth of Narpayilli SHS. Additionally, he urged the headteacher and staff to maintain the equipment properly to ensure its longevity and continued usefulness.

Highlighting the potential for premature deterioration of donated equipment due to poor maintenance, Suhununu stressed the importance of safeguarding the items. He described the donation as a "booster" for the school, which would enhance the ability of management and staff to perform their duties more effectively.

On behalf of the district and regional education authorities, Suhununu expressed gratitude to the Abuya Group CEO for his support in developing the school. The donation, arriving at an early stage in the development of Narpayilli SHS, is expected to address some of the institution's immediate administrative and equipment needs.
