Atebubu: Mr Sanja Nanja, the Member of Parliament for Atebubu/Amantin Constituency, has presented quantities of hospital beds to the Garadima and Jato Zongo Community-based Health Planning Service (CHPS) compounds in the Bono East Region.
According to Ghana News Agency, Mr Keita Awudu, the special aide to the MP, made the presentation at separate ceremonies at Garadima and Jato Zongo. The donation aims to help improve quality healthcare delivery at the two facilities. Mr Awudu emphasized that the MP had prioritised health, stressing his dedication to enhancing health outcomes in the area.
Mrs Gladys Amoakoa and Mr Joseph Obiri, who are in charge of the Garadima and Jato Zongo CHPS compounds respectively, expressed their gratitude to the MP for the gesture. They appreciated his continuous support towards advancing healthcare in the area.
They also appealed for modern medical devices to improve healthcare services and meet the growing health demand needs of the local communities in those areas.
