Accra: Believing in the African-Ghanaian dream means believing in its rich, layered stories; the kind that bring people, cultures, and civilizations together under one umbrella, without forcing it. So, we're introducing The Eighth Butterfly (TEB): Ghana's creative agency and social enterprise, redefining African brands through bold storytelling, while staying close to the things that move the people we care about.
According to Ghana Web, The Eighth Butterfly operates across a full suite of creative and strategic services, including digital marketing, brand and communications strategy, event marketing and planning, campaign management, content creation, and influencer and talent management. Beyond client work, TEB runs four programmes aimed at widening the table for African creatives, youth, and small businesses. These include Nyansakuo, a youth social and skills club focused on communication and personal development; RefineryCX, a customer experience training programme for Ghanaian SMEs; Neighbour's Santa, a community giving initiative; and The Vocal Employee Podcast, a platform for workplace culture discussions.
The Eighth Butterfly is built on the belief that the human being is the primary element of every story. At the helm is Julia Nana-Fosua Dampare, known creatively as Amaephya, Founder and Lead Strategist of The Eighth Butterfly. With over nine years in strategic communications, brand management, and digital marketing, including her tenure as Digital Marketing Lead at GTBank Ghana, she has built the agency on a simple conviction: brands grow fastest when their stories are told with both discipline and heart.
Today, The Eighth Butterfly is also opening the doors to the TEB Creative Network, a curated community of creatives and young builders across Ghana and beyond. This network invites designers, writers, poets, editors, photographers, and businesses ready to grow, to join and build the next chapter of African brand storytelling together.
