According to Ghana Web, the Europe-based MC shared his views in a video posted on his Instagram page on May 3, 2026. During a rapid-fire question segment, Shegelabobor was queried about his openness to officiating same-sex weddings. His response was unequivocal, expressing a readiness to embrace such opportunities in regions where they are permitted.
Shegelabobor articulated his beliefs clearly, underscoring his dedication to inclusivity. Residing in Canada and frequently traveling between America and Europe, he expressed his willingness to host LGBTQ weddings with pride in these regions. He stated, “So I live in Canada, where I shuttle between America and Europe, and I believe in all inclusiveness. I’m Mr Luxurious, and I will host an LGBTQ wedding with pride in America, Canada, and Europe, without fear or favour. So hit me up, I will be there.”
