After backlashes from Ghanaians following her transparent outfit to rapper Kwesi Arthur’s ‘Son of Jacob’ album listening session, socialite Efia Odo has expressed regret.
The socialite’s black outfit on the night exposed her nipples and became the talk of town close to a week afterwards.
According to netizens, she attracted all attention at the event instead of the much-anticipated event.
Rapper Kwaw Kese posted a screenshot of the album’s performance on Apple Music’s chart, reacting to it placing number 2.
Kwaw Kese expressed that the album would have been number one but for Efia Odo’s outfit which got the media talking more instead of hyping the album.
Filled with regret, Efia Odo responded to the tweet, “If I knew this would happen like I would’ve worn Kaba and Slit, I f**ked up.”
Meanwhile in an interview on Abeiku Santana’s drive time show, ‘Ekwanso Dwoodwoo’, Kwesi Arthur indicated that he saw nothing wrong with the socialite’s outfit and described her as a confident woman.
“I can’t be embarrassed by that because I invited her to my album launch and she honored the invitation and showed up. In terms of what she wore, I think she is a confident woman and she is not afraid of showing herself or being herself. I hope you understand,” he expressed.
The 15-track album features the likes of Teni, Joeboy, Adekunle Gold, M Huncho, and Dayonthetrack amongst others.
