Accra: Mr Stephen Adom, Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of the Ho Municipal Assembly, has officially handed over a site for the construction of the proposed 24-Hour Economy Market at Titrinu in Ho to Georotche Company Ltd. The project aims to enhance trading activities, create employment opportunities, and stimulate economic growth within the Municipality.
According to Ghana News Agency, Mr Adom expressed that the initiative is expected to transform commercial activities and improve livelihoods in Ho and surrounding communities. He emphasized the project's role in strengthening local trade and supporting economic development, describing it as a significant step forward.
Mr Adom conveyed his confidence in the contractor, Georotche Company Ltd, to execute the project professionally and within the stipulated timeframe. He assured residents that the quality of work would meet their expectations and contribute positively to the community.
The MCE highlighted that the market project aligns with the government's broader vision of promoting economic empowerment and creating sustainable opportunities for traders and small-scale businesses.
