Every Ghana Cedi Will Be Accounted For – Krachi East NPP Treasurer Aspirant

Accra: Mr Bernard Agya Larrey, an aspirant for the position of Treasurer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Krachi East Constituency, has pledged to ensure transparency and accountability in the management of party funds if elected.

According to Ghana News Agency, Mr Larrey, speaking ahead of the party's upcoming constituency executive elections, emphasized that his campaign was grounded in honest and transparent leadership. He assured that every Ghana Cedi would be accounted for and used for the benefit of the party and its members. His focus, he stated, is to manage party funds responsibly and restore confidence in their financial systems.

Mr Larrey highlighted the importance of prudent financial management in strengthening the party's structures and effectively positioning it for future electoral contests. He is seeking to retain his position under the slogan 'Maintain Agya Bernard Larrey' and has appealed to delegates to renew his mandate, allowing him to continue serving the constituency.

The NPP is expected to hold its constituency executive elections in the coming months as part of its internal reorganisation ahead of the 2028 general elections.
