Beijing: The China Global Television Network (CGTN) has conducted an interview with Mr. Albert Kofi Owusu, the Chief Executive Officer of Ghana News Agency, on the eve of China's implementation of a zero-tariff policy for 20 African countries, including Ghana, scheduled to commence on May 1.
