Bundesliga outfit, SC Freiburg are on the verge of signing Ghana international midfielder Daniel-Kofi Kyereh following successful transfer talks between both parties.
Kyereh who plays for SC St. Pauli in the Bundesliga II is set to leave the club this summer.
The 25-year-old has been a livewire for the club but failed to secure promotion to the top flight.
He has attracted a lot of offers from European clubs but a report by Hamburg-based Newspaper Hamburger Abendblatt indicates that Freiburg are favorite to sign the playmaker.
According to transfermarkt valuation, Kyereh will cost admirers €3m if they should be able to prise him away from his current employers ahead of the summer transfer window.
Kofi Kyereh scored 12 goals and assisted time 10 in 29 league games for SC St. Pauli this term.
The Accra-born attacking midfielder has been capped 10 times by Ghana at the senior national team level, the Black Stars.
