"We are here to rally our support for him, to wish him well, and to assure him that, having been elected as the flagbearer of the party, we are committing ourselves to his direction," Mensah noted.
He underscored the caucus's commitment to aligning with Dr. Bawumia's agenda and working tirelessly to achieve electoral success. "We are waiting for him to set out the agenda, and we will follow that agenda through to the end so that, at the end of the day, the party symbol - the elephant - becomes our winning symbol," he added.
The Ashanti Region is known as a stronghold of the party, and the endorsement from constituency chairmen is viewed as a significant boost to Dr. Bawumia's campaign as preparations begin for the national elections in 2028.
