Ghanaian actor Clement Bonney popularly known as Mr. Beautiful has reaffirmed his love for former President John Dramani Mahama.
According to him, despite challenges faced in his career because of his affiliation to the National Democratic Congress, he believes that not even God can stop him from loving the former President.
“Imagine, I have been home for seven years. I was sabotaged because of my NDC affiliation. Because of this, I went to exile. Yet the blood that flows in my vanes is NDC. No amount of intimidation can make me revert that statement or the love I have for John Mahama and the NDC.
“Even God himself, if he tries, the angel will tell him, hey, the guy has decided not to rescind his decision,” he stated in an on Onua TV.
Mr. Beautiful was reacting to an altercation between him and movie producer, Famous at the SilverBird Cinemas after he raised concerns about why his face was removed from promotional posters of the movie ‘Galamsey’ to be premiered.
Director Famous stated in a separate interview that he omitted Mr. Beautiful’s face from the posters due to his political affiliation.
