Akontombra: Mr Pius Kwame Nkuah, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Sefwi Akontombra Constituency in the Western North Region, is set to organise a free medical outreach for the people of Akontombra as part of his commitment to improve the health needs of his constituents.
According to Ghana News Agency, the outreach, scheduled to commence on July 1, 2025, will be held at the Juaboso and Akontombra district hospitals. The MP highlighted the importance of access to quality healthcare, noting its essential role in productivity and the well-being of everyone in the constituency, particularly during the rainy and farming season.
Mr Nkuah assured that seasoned medical practitioners would be available for consultations and treatments for various health-related issues. He also affirmed his commitment to extend the medical outreach to all communities within the constituency, enabling residents to ascertain their health status and receive necessary treatments.
He urged the people to take advantage of the free programme to address their health concerns effectively.
