Accra: Evangelist Patricia Asieduaa, widely known as Nana Agradaa, has issued a staunch response to allegations that her husband, Angel Asiamah, fathered a child with another woman during her imprisonment. In a video shared on her official TikTok page on May 3, 2026, Agradaa declared that the woman ‘owes her a female child at all cost’ for making such claims. She expressed her intention to seek custody of the child, asserting that if the woman insists her husband is the father, then the child also belongs to her.
According to Ghana Web, Agradaa warned that she would make the woman a ‘scapegoat’ to deter others from spreading false accusations online. She emphasized her determination to locate the woman until the child is handed over, stating, “The child will be taken from you. It is better you bring the child to Weija Junction and hand the child over to me. Otherwise, we will take legal action and come for the child wherever you are. We will not hesitate to use you as a scapegoat.”
The evangelist also questioned the timeline of the allegation, pointing out that the child appears to be at least three years old, despite her prison sentence lasting only eight months. Agradaa further directed her attention to the blogger who interviewed the woman, accusing him of spreading multiple false claims against her husband and warning that he too would face accountability.
The controversy originated from an unidentified woman’s allegation that during Agradaa’s imprisonment, which spanned from July 2025 to March 2026, Angel Asiamah professed love to her, claiming he was divorced. The woman stated that she accepted his proposal and later had a child with him, only to discover she had been deceived. “When Agradaa was in prison, that was when her husband Asiamah came to woo me. I asked him about Agradaa, and he told me they were divorced. After that, I accepted Asiamah’s proposal and we had a child,” the woman alleged.
